N2 Purchase & Trial Policy
N2 Outlet Store Saddles Purchasing Procedures
Simply order the outlet saddle that you are interested in trying through our website by clicking the order button on the saddle’s listing. A non-refundable shipping charge of $150.00 per saddle shipped within the continental US will be added to the cost of the saddle. Full payment will be taken at checkout via credit card or debit card. Once the order has been received, it will be shipped within 3 business days. We cannot hold saddles. All saddles are available until they are ordered and paid for through the website. Our stock moves very quickly, so we recommend ordering as soon as possible if you are interested in any outlet saddle.
ALL OUTLET SADDLE ORDERS COME WITH A 5 DAY TRIAL PERIOD
The 5-day trial begins the day the saddle is delivered. Day of Delivery is DAY ONE. If you decide to return the saddle, you must email info@N2saddlery.com to notify us that the saddle is to be returned and we will send you a shipping label to send it back to us. This email must be sent before or upon completion of the 5-day trial. There will be return instructions in the box with the saddle that explains the return process. On the sixth day, the saddle becomes the property of the customer and no returns for any reason will be accepted. There are no exceptions made, unless made prior to or during the trial in writing from N2 Saddlery (email or text message). The return shipping fee $150 (which includes full insurance) will be deducted from your refund and the 3% (min $25) restocking fee.
*Please note: We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. If you email us for a return request, we will reply on the following Monday with the return shipping label for you to drop off at your nearest Fedex.
Once we get the saddle back and confirm that it is in the same condition in which it left, we will contact you within 2-3 business days. (Please note: while the trees on the N2 saddles are adjustable, once a tree is adjusted, the saddle is not returnable). You will have the option to use the credit from the return towards another saddle order or we will process your refund minus the $150 return shipping fee and the restocking fee (3% or with a $25 minimum). Please note, that if a refund is processed, it can take up to 5-10 business days to process on your end. Normally, it is just a few business days.
*Please note: There is a 3% restocking fee for all saddles returned from 5-day trials with a minimum of $25. This is in addition to the non refundable shipping fees.
Please read the Purchasing Policies carefully. You will be required to agree to these terms when you place an order. Saddle trials are offered to our US customers only.
Saddle Trial Policy
We understand an important part of your saddle decision is verifying proper fit and comfort for both you and your horse. To help with this process, we have allowed a 5 day trial on our new, demo and used saddles on this website.
Limitations on N2 Outlet saddles:
- All N2 Outlet saddles are sold as is. Saddles purchased from N2 Outlet do not come with any representations or warranties, either express or implied unless otherwise stated in the description.
- We do not guarantee fit.
- Please Note: while the trees on the N2 saddles are adjustable, once a tree is adjusted the saddle is not returnable.
- We recommend after purchase having the saddle evaluated by an certified saddle fitter. We understand an important part of your saddle decision is verifying proper fit and comfort for both you and your horse. To help with this process, we have allowed the 5 day trial on our N2 Outlet saddles. Please plan accordingly.
Trial Period and Customer Responsibilities:
- N2 Saddlery will charge your credit card for the full amount of the saddle(s) along with outbound shipping charges at the time the saddle is shipped to you. You are responsible for the return shipping charges, including insurance, should you wish to purchase it. All saddles are sent Fedex Ground or Home Delivery, unless other arrangements are made. You are responsible for any charges associated with expediting the shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- It is your responsibility to call or email N2 Saddlery by the end of the trial period (DAY 5) to indicate whether or not you are keeping the saddle. If we do not hear from you, the saddle will be deemed purchased and accepted.
Limitations on Saddle Usage and Wear:
- Please take caution, as any saddle taken out on trial must be returned in the same condition as when it left. We understand that you will ride in it but there can not be excessive wear on the saddle, especially the new ones.
Limitations on Used Saddle Warranty/Guarantee:
- All outlet saddles are sold as is.
- Should you have a concern about the saddle’s condition, you may return it during the trial period. After the trial period is over, you are solely responsible for any necessary maintenance and/or repairs, even to the extent they may have been present at the time of sale.
